Looking to track your order?

When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from sales@fido.com with your tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you to the carriers’ website which will provide you with the status of your shipment.

You can also login to your account at FIDO.com to check the shipping status of your order(s). Once you've logged in, click on the order number. Next, right click on the tracking number of the product and select “Open link in new tab” to see its shipping status.
