If you are buying an eGift Card for someone else and their FIDO, then you need to forward the eGift Card email you received to the recipient.
When making a purchase in our online store, you can redeem the value of the eGift Card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. An eGift Card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. eGift Card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
When you redeem an eGift Card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
- If the balance available on the eGift Card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click "Complete Order".
- If the balance available on the eGift Card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
If you do not receive your eGift Card email, please check your spam or junk folders first. If you still didn't receive the email, click on the “View your order” button from your order confirmation email. This will open up a new browser window which will allow you the option to RESEND the eGift Card.

To check the balance of your eGift Card, click on the “View eGift Card” button in the original eGift Card email that you received. This will open up a new browser window and will display your eGift Card balance.
Once an eGift Card has been purchased, it is non-refundable.
